Used for low back relief and stretching of the legs. Using thai massage techniques, this 30 min session will help loosen the back and legs for pain relief, decreased stiffness, and improved mobility of the back, hips, and legs. This will help you unwind in the middle of or at the end of a long work day. Also ideal for runners, or pre/post your athletic event. Performed with clothes on. Please wear loose fitting clothes or bring gym clothes to your session.

Just need a certain spot worked out or stretched? or not sure if you can tolerate 60 min on the table. This is the session for you. Remained clothed while the therapist works out tissue tension using signature massage techniques like cupping, scraping, joint mobilization and stretching to help you move better and feel great.

MEDITATION SERVICES
Good Vibes Reiki
Chakra balancing and Biofield tuning. This is a one-of-a-kind energy session you won’t find anywhere else. Begin with head neck and shoulders acupressure/massage to get your Qi flowing and enter a relaxed state. Followed by a chakra balancing reiki session, and ending with sound healing and biofield tuning using a hand held crystal singing bowl tuned to C#, your heart center’s frequency.

Craniosacral Therapy
